 B efore we pound on low carb diet plan let’s discuss that what is the low carb diet plan or low carb diet. Let have a preliminary discussion that why we are forcing towards the low carb diet plan. Let me tell you that our ancestors certainly roughed themselves for the search of food.

 They butchered animal, they kill animals during the rigorous hunt that lasted for many days. They wandered from one place to other and miles and miles just to gather the wild fruits, grains and nuts. This physical activity keeps them fit and thus saving them from the low carb diet plan.

 Further, if they wanted to eat something sweet, they used to smoke the beehive to smoke out the bees to get the honey. This was done by climbing up a tree or chopping it down. That were the hard ways to get the food, but it was the key for them which keeps them health and not caring for the low carb diet plan.

But what forces the modern day human being for low carb diet plan is because the studies indicate that human beings come into the world with hundreds of genes and associated hormones that regulate the energy balance equation. Calories consumed needed to keep the body healthy on the other.
