Yoga
has its birth in India,
but people took over yoga to great heights, with its great
followers.
People in the time of years realized the importance of yoga
and diseases like Diabetes, HBP, blockages in arteries, Obesity, Asthma,
Bronchitis, Depression, Cancer, Cirrhosis of the liver etc. that is still
challenge to the modern science but is cured by yoga.
Yoga has its various leaders (Gurus). Yoga is that
exercise that teaches always,” we need not deceive ourselves.” This
statement tells that,” no Messiah (messenger) is ever going to come.
It is we who have to do our own work and need not be
responsible about ourselves. And when we become responsible things will
start happening.”

cross section of people, including police officers, bus conductors, cab
drivers and farmers follow the stress reducing yoga and mediation.
The craving of yoga and mediation is increasing a lot among the
people. Yoga is an attachment with your inner soul, the layer of you
forming an understanding with your actions and a control in your anger.
Our
ancestors also went to various peaceful places, to attain the attachment of
that piece through yoga.
Yoga can be a great relieving mode in
today’s busy life. People have become so fast with the life, that they don’t
think to get sometime off, for them.
But yoga can be a great remedy
to their tension and can find the solution also. Now you will think how the
solution will be solved? So the answer for it is that, the understanding
session for yourself from yoga make your mind cool and indirectly
through yoga you may read your thoughts.
Where there should be a in built in
character, over there , you should work on yourself and get your soul
attached with your rational and cool thinking which you have developed with
the practice of yoga.
